My training program is built around progressive overload and structured in an A/B rotation, ensuring clients see measurable strength gains. I take a personalized approach, tracking macros based on BMR and TDEE, and offering customized workout plans tailored to each client’s experience level and goals—whether it’s weight loss, muscle gain, or overall fitness improvement. Unlike many programs that lose clients in a sea of numbers, I limit myself to 15 clients at a time to provide dedicated support and accountability. I check in weekly with a personalized video review, track workouts and nutrition through Trainerize. My approach isn’t just about fitness—it’s about sustainable lifestyle changes. Each month, I help clients develop new healthy habits, such as drinking more water, stretching, or journaling, so they can continue progressing long after the program ends. My goal is simple: to give you the tools to transform your body and mindset for life.
